The agency materials posted in this section are proprietary information and Copyrighted © 2004 United Way of the National Capital Area to be used solely (Authorized Uses) by: 1)Donors to a UWNCA campaign for purpose of researching their personal designations, 2)Current member agencies of UWNCA for purposes of reviewing their listed information, 3)Organizations conducting their own UWNCA employee campaign for purpose of researching agency listings and 4)Researchers (students, lecturers, newspaper & magazine researchers).

Dissemination of UWNCA agency materials in whole or part, through all existing or later developed media, is strictly prohibited. No materials from this section may be otherwise copied, modified, published, broadcast, or otherwise distributed without the prior written permission of UWNCA. No text, logo, graphic, sound, or image from this section may be copied, or retransmitted without the express written permission of UWNCA. Any reproduction permitted must contain the following notice" "Copyright © 2004 UWNCA. All rights reserved". All for-profit and not-for-profit pledge processors must register and receive written permission from UWNCA prior to making use of any materials contained in this section.

(A UWNCA campaign is defined where all three of the following conditions exist: 1) UWNCA name's and logo are prominently displayed in campaign materials, 2) UWNCA leads the solicitation effort, and 3) UWNCA is reimbursed for its fundraising, marketing, communications and community needs assessment expenses.)
